What You Bring

Technician (Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning – SHK / HVAC)

Are you a qualified SHK / HVAC technician looking for a role where you can take responsibility, work with modern technology, and be part of a diverse international team? Your Responsibilities
Planning & Installation You plan and install heating, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems – from new builds to modernisations. This includes laying pipes (copper, stainless steel, plastic), connecting water, wastewater, and gas systems, and commissioning heating systems, heat pumps, ventilation, and air-conditioning units.
Maintenance & Repair You carry out inspections, functional and leak tests, detect faults early, and ensure reliable, long-term operation through professional repairs and preventive maintenance.
Control Systems & Documentation You install and integrate control systems or smart-home components, and document your work clearly – from measurements to material lists.
Customer Service & Consultation You explain systems in an understandable way, advise customers on energy efficiency, and modernise existing systems with a focus on sustainability and future readiness.
Teamwork & Development You work hand in hand with colleagues from different countries, support apprentices, and contribute your own ideas to ongoing projects.
What You Bring
- Completed vocational training as an HVAC technician / plumbing and heating installer (SHK) or equivalent qualification
- Solid experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning systems
- Experience in pipework and connection techniques (soldering, pressing, welding, etc.)
- Understanding of control and regulation technology, basic electrical knowledge
- Experience with renewable energies (e.g. heat pumps, solar systems) is an advantage
- Careful, independent, and structured working style
- High level of commitment, flexibility, and reliability
- Good English skills – you can communicate confidently in spoken and written form
- Intercultural competence and openness towards other cultures
- Valid driver’s license (Class B) – regular work on-site and at customer locations
